The metal is unwound, cleaned and chemically treated during the process.
Prepainted steel sheet consists of a steel core, a metal coating, a primer and a top coat. With Galvanized and Galvalume (Aluzinc) as the substrate, after surface pre treatment, paint coating, baking and cooling, an organic protective film is formed on the steel substrate. It has strong durability, corrosion resistance, decoration and formability.
